About Management Quota Admission
Alva's Institute of Engineering & Technology offers a limited number of seats under the Management Quota as permitted by the Government of Karnataka and regulatory authorities. Admission under this category is based on academic merit and is governed by the fee structure approved by the Fee Fixation Committee. Candidates from any state in India are eligible to apply.
Step-by-Step Admission Process
Submit Enquiry / Application
Visit the AIET campus or apply online through the official Alva's Admissions portal. Fill in the application form with your personal, academic, and contact details.
Document Verification
Submit your academic documents for verification. The Admissions Committee will verify your 10th and 12th mark sheets, study certificate, and other mandatory documents.
Merit Evaluation
Seats under Management Quota are allotted based on academic merit in 10+2 (PCM). Candidates with higher percentages will be given priority in the allotment process.
Seat Confirmation
Upon selection, you will receive an admission offer letter. Confirm your seat by paying the prescribed management quota fee within the given timeline.
Complete Admission Formalities
Report to AIET on the specified date with all original documents and fee receipts. Complete the admission formalities including photo submission and ID card issuance.
Eligibility Criteria
- Passed 2nd PUC / 12th Standard with Physics and Mathematics as compulsory subjects
- Along with Chemistry / Bio-Technology / Biology / Electronics / Computer Science
- Minimum 45% aggregate marks (40% for SC/ST/OBC of Karnataka)
- English must be one of the languages in 10+2
- Admission is based on academic merit — no entrance exam mandatory for management quota
- Candidates who have appeared in KCET / COMEDK / JEE are also eligible
